Welcome to the 2nd season of The IMDb Challenge. This season will be based on the Inferno and while this game won't follow exactly the shows format it will still test everyone's social and challenge skills. There's no jury so remember, use every dirty trick in the book to get to the end. Good luck challengers.

Rules:

The are no more teams now. It's now officially everyone vs everyone.

Power Player - The winner of each challenge will become the Power Player. He/She will get to nominate any player they want into the Inferno. They also win immunity for the next challenge.

Inferno - The other player facing of in the Inferno will be chosen by the rest of the players. They will all have 1 hour to PM me their vote for who they want to see in the Inferno against the player chosen by the Power Player.

The 2 players nominated into the Inferno will battle it out for a chance to come back into the game. Loser says good bye.

Tonight's 1st merged challenge is called Movie Carnival. There's 4 rounds in which you will have to survive in order to win Power Player. All the rounds have questions have revolve around IMDb and you can the answers by using the little thing called the search bar.

Round 1: Everyone picked their numbers and from those numbers I have random.org'd who you're gonna face off. I will post the list when I post Round 1.


Also during Round 1, I will post 5 questions. You must answer the question with your letter only. You'll know what letter you got when I post Round 1. 1st to PM me the answers gets to advance to Round 2. In total, 5 people will advance to Round 2.




Round 2: This one will have 3 questions and you must answer all of them. 1st person to PM me the correct answer will skip Round 3 and go straight to Round 4. The last person to PM me the answer will be eliminated. Anyone who doesn't send will also be eliminated.


Round 3: In this round I will post another 3 questions and the 1st person to PM me the correct answers to all of them will move on to Round 4.


Round 4: The last 2 people will face off in this challenge. I will post 5 True or False questions. The player who gets all or the most right answers 1st wins Power Player and immunity for the next challenge.

Tonight we're gonna be playing Stamp again. This Inferno was previously played by CaptainJimmy18 & xsourxgumxrocksx.

In this Inferno, there will only be 5 rounds. Each round is worth 1 point and first player to get to 3 points wins the Inferno. During each round I will post a number between 00-59. So if I post the number 17, your task is to try to get the time you post to be at the 17th second mark (ex: 19:09:17). You must post in this thread.

Another example. If I say 58 then you must try to get something like this (EX:18:55:58)

If you get it 1st then you get 1 point, that round is over and I will move on to the next round. If you both happen to get it at the same time, neither of you get a point. The game is quite simple.

Welcome final 8. In the spirit of Halloween I decided to throw a little halloween themed challenge.

Tonight we are playing Halloween's Villains. Everyone knows the popular monsters like vampires, werewolves etc on Halloween.

I will post 9 different pictures of different characters from movies and tv shows all at different times. When I post a link you must post in this thread whether they are a Vampire, Witch, Werewolf, or Ghost. You must also post what movie/tv show they are from.

You must post: Witch ~ Sabrina The Teenage Witch)

Each pic is worth 1 point, and whoever has the most points at the end of all 9 rounds will become the new Power Player and will win immunity at the next challenge.

Tonights Inferno is Perfect Timing. Originally supposed to be played by BeachPlease & Wishin_10.

The object of this Inferno is simple. I will post 5 questions one at a time. The question can be anything. When I post the question you must PM me your answer. Now here's how you get scored.

If you send with a time stamp of "07:23:57" then you get 7 points. Basically you get the number of points for the last digit number in your timeline. HOWEVER, if you send 1st you get your scored multiplied by 2, so if you sent at "07:23:57" 1st then you get 14 points. If you send 2nd, then you still get points but they won't be multiplied by two.

I would recommend trying to get the last number to be 9, but be careful not to get 0.

Whoever has the most points after 5 questions wins the Inferno and gets to stay in the game.

Last season we had a Redemption Challenge for the 1st four players eliminated. Maniac managed to come back and while he didn't win, he made it further in the game. This season many players expected a Redemption Challenge for those who left early. Thats not gonna happen though.

The object of this Inferno is simple. I will post 5 questions one at a time. The question can be about anything. When I post the question you must PM me your answer. Now here's how you get scored.

If you send with a time stamp for example of "07:23:57" then you get 7 points. Basically you get the number of points for the last digit number in your timeline. HOWEVER, if you send 1st you get your scored multiplied by TWO, so if you sent at "07:23:57" 1st then you get 14 points. If you send 2nd, then you still get points but they won't be multiplied by two.

I would recommend trying to get the last number to be 9, but be careful not to get 0.

I hadn't seen someone quit at the final 5 since Kingsley in I Love Money. Henry, I'm deeply saddened to hear you're quitting this game. Ever since Season 1 you have won non spot Gauntlet/Infernos and for you to come so close to the end is a bummer. Henry you and Jessica have been in your A game this whole time so I admire you for that.

Since we are now down to the final 4 then there won't be an Inferno tonight. The next Challenge will be at 8EST/7Central. Once again the winner of the Power Player will be safe and the 3 losers will battle it out in the Inferno.

Henry, given how well you've done in this game, I think you should reconsider. I have to work until Sunday too. I work Monday too, but I could do a later challenge. I don't think Kim, Jess, Spoooky, or Javi would mind waiting until Monday to do the next challenge. I mean, it sucks to stall the game but weekends suck like that and I think Javi would rather have us all active than do a challenge with only a few people doing it. And I definitely know that Javi wouldn't want you to quit either since you're like his fav. ^_^
